SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSOCIATE

In April 2019 I found my way to the BPP agency as a freelancer. From September 2019 to June 2021 I worked internally in the agency as Key Account Associate. In that position, my main tasks were to manage the concerns and interests of major and main customers as a direct contact person in the HR department. This included the long-term expansion of business relationships with existing customers, the recruitment of new customers and freelancers as well as securing local market proximity through my work. 

I have been working as a Social Media Marketing Associate since July 2021 and am also responsible for all corporate social media content the BPP agency produces. I am committed to develop strategies and tactics with my team that we then use to develop social media concepts for our customers. For us and our customers, it is about achieving organizational goals by creating and communicating added value for their company via social media marketing. 

In addition, I am aiming for a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Business Psychology at the FOM University of Economics & Management in Düsseldorf since September 2019. Through my years of work in the fashion industry such as at a Designer Outlet and at Esprit as a Sales Floor Manager, I have learned openness, communication, and flexibility. 

I lived in beautiful San Francisco (California, USA) for over two years, a time that shaped and strengthened me enormously, both professionally and personally. 

I work determined and focused, but don’t forget to talk to my team. I approach customers positively and with great empathy. Social media and online marketing are my strengths and my passion. I master new challenges with enormous thoroughness and structure and enjoy the experience that results from them.
